FACILITY-BASED APARTMENTS
The HOMES Team Program currently provides three, two-bedroom apartments for six members who are willing to live within the conditions and responsibilities of facility-based apartment living. At this time, all of the apartments are full. The Program holds the leases to the apartments. Each resident member pays his/her half of the monthly rent to the program, and the program, in turn, pays the landlords. Apartments are furnished and also include other necessities such as a phone, television, lighting, and vacuum cleaner. Advantages of living in one of these apartments include:
· Should one roommate move out, the program will cover his/her portion of the rent up to three months
· Affordable (shared expenses, i.e., utilities, phone, etc.)
· Fully furnished, comfortable apartments
· Strong, residential support from Homes Team rehabilitation specialist
