To kick off the summer Hedwig House recently took a trip Ocean City New Jersey!

Members and students from Hedwig House's PREP and HOPE Academy programs took a trip to Ocean City New Jersey. This overnight trip gives members the opportunity to have a fun summer vacation. Everyone enjoyed spending time on the boardwalk and the beach in beautiful weather. Throughout the trip there were also many opportunities for members to utilize the budgeting skills they have learned at Hedwig House. Members also had the chance to ride amusement rides on the boardwalk. For some members it was their first experience going on rides. Everyone had a great time soaking up the vitamin D and spending their day in such a beautiful place. Hedwig House can't wait to take another trip to Ocean City in September!
