Abington's Recipe of the month

Seafood pasta

 

  1. ½ pound shrimp (peeled, deveined & cut-up)
  2. ½ cup onion
  3. 1 can (16oz.) New England Condensed  Clam  Chowder With 1 Can Water
  4. 1 Package (16 oz.) Enriched Pasta (cooked & drained)

 

Saute shrimp & onions in nonstick skillet for 3-4 minutes. Add soup and salt and pepper to taste. Heat thoroughly. Serve over pasta.

 

4 Servings. Serving Size -1 CUP
