Joyce Frost works as the Director of Financial and Regulatory Reporting for ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. (“Acts”)

the nation’s largest not-for-profit owner, operator and developer of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs).  Ms. Frost has been with Acts since 2011.  She previously served as a Controller for local skilled nursing facilities, and as an auditor in the healthcare industry for Ernst & Young and CBIZ for ten years.  Ms. Frost is a Certified Public Accountant since 1990.  She serves as the Treasurer for Buddy Project, Inc. (“BP”), a not-for-profit organization that aims to prevent suicide and self-harm by pairing people as buddies and raising awareness for mental health.  BP was founded by her daughter Gabby in 2013 when she was 15 years old, and has currently paired over 228,000 people together globally based on mutual interests. Ms. Frost currently serves as the President of ACTSually Speaking, a Corporate Toastmasters club.  She previously served as the Director of Education of ACTSually Speaking for a two-year term. Ms. Frost earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Temple University, and her Master of Taxation degree from Widener University.

 

Joyce and her husband, George Frost, reside in Montgomeryville, PA with their three children, Gabby, Nick and Brady.
